Access to Your Patient Portal

  • If you are new to the Patient Portal, please use the “New User” link. When enrolling as a new user you will be required to enter either the email address you provided to your doctor’s office or your Medical Record Number (MRN) provided to you during your last office visit. If you prefer to verify through your MRN number and need this information, please contact our office at 775-352-5300 to obtain it.
  • If you have accessed the Patient Portal before, please use the “Returning User” link.
  • If you need technical support related to the Patient Portal, please call 877-621-8014.

Access records related to your procedures performed by providers within the medical group (hospital procedure records are accessed through a different portal).
